A9play Registration Form Reviewed

The player registration form we reviewed displayed a Referrer Code field followed by UserID, Password, Password Confirmation, Full Name, Currency and Mobile details. The Malaysia version showed MYR as the account currency, Malaysia as the selected country and +60 beside the mobile-number field.

The UserID instruction stated that the ID should contain alphabetic or alphanumeric characters and be between 6 and 10 characters. The registration-password instruction displayed a minimum length of six characters. The Full Name field also included wording connected with withdrawal verification.

A9play Member Login

The member-login screen accepts an ID or mobile number together with a password. It also displayed Remember Me, Cloudflare security verification, a Sign In button and password-reset access.

The mobile-number instruction asks users to include the relevant country code when signing in by phone. Because country-code examples can vary between access screens, users should follow the instruction currently displayed on their own login screen.

Android, Huawei, Apple iOS and H5 Access

The mobile-access interface reviewed during our check displayed four player access choices: Android, Huawei, Apple iOS and H5 Browser.

The Android option displayed “Download A9Today APK”, the Huawei option instructed users to search A9Today in AppGallery, and the Apple option displayed “A9Today(B) Installer”. The H5 option was described as direct browser access.

Because some installer screens use A9Today wording while the wider interface uses A9play branding, we report the names exactly as they appeared instead of assuming that every installer will always use the same label.

A9play Sportsbook Lobby

The Sports interface displayed separate sportsbook/provider cards. Visible examples included S-Sport, S-Sports, M9BET, BF, MAXBET and ONE-BX. A sportsbook banner for SBOBET was also visible during the review.

Other account/vendor screens listed names such as M-Sports, SBO, Saba Sport, TF Gaming and BF Sport. Provider availability can change, so this information records the reviewed interface rather than promising permanent availability.

A9play Live Casino

The Live Casino lobby displayed multiple provider cards including Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Playtech, ONLIVE, MT Live, WM Casino and King855.

Additional names appeared in the Commission interface, including RCB988, AllBet, DreamGaming, SA Gaming, BBIN and other vendors. We treat the actual player lobby and commission list as separate evidence: a provider appearing in a commission table does not necessarily prove that it is currently available in the player lobby.

A9play Slots and Games

The Slots lobby displayed provider cards including Pragmatic Play, POP, BNG, 77 Gaming, AdvancePlay and FA CHAI. Other account screens listed game vendors including JOKER, PGSOFT, Habanero, JDB, Relax Gaming, FastSpin, Hacksaw, NetEnt and additional providers.

The presence of a provider name confirms that it was visible in the reviewed interface. It does not establish the availability of every individual game or guarantee that the provider list will remain unchanged.

Lottery, Battle and P2P Areas

The Lottery lobby displayed products including My Lucky 6 Instant, Perdana Lottery, Malaysia Lottery, XOSO79, 93 Connect, Keno and TC Gaming.

A separate Battle area displayed game/provider cards including DIGMAAN, Global Gaming, Big Gaming, 77 Gaming, FastSpin, FA CHAI and BT Gaming. The P2P vendor interface listed GPoker, LEGaming, V8Poker and M8POKER.

Deposit Packages and MYR Settings

The deposit interface did not show one universal minimum deposit. Different package cards displayed their own minimum, bonus and rollover conditions.

Examples visible during our review included a 2% Bonus Package with a 20 MYR minimum deposit and x3 rollover, a 2% Free Spin package with a 50 MYR minimum, 1% package examples and a Normal Package displaying a 20 MYR minimum with x1 rolling.

Because conditions differ between packages, users should read the current package card and its complete terms before selecting an offer.

Withdrawal, Wallet and Crypto Settings

The withdrawal/account-settings area displayed Bank, A9wallet/G2point, Touch'n Go and Crypto tabs. The Bank screen allowed up to three accounts and included fields for account name, bank/e-wallet, account number and bank branch.

The reviewed withdrawal notice displayed a minimum withdrawal amount as $50.00. The same account interface showed MYR as the account currency. Because those labels are inconsistent, we report the notice exactly as displayed rather than converting it to MYR 50.

The notice also stated that the bank-account full name must match and mentioned that withdrawal requests may take longer during peak periods. We treat that wording as an interface notice, not as a guarantee of processing time.

The Crypto tab displayed wallet-address fields for Ethereum and USDT using ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and SOL networks.

A9play Daily Check-in

The Daily Check-in interface displayed a 28-day calendar. Reward milestones were shown on Day 7, Day 14, Day 21 and Day 28.

The visible terms stated that the Daily Check-in Reward program started from January 2022, that eligibility could be changed or disabled, and that prizes required 3x rolling before withdrawal. Conditions can change, so users should check the current terms shown inside their own account.

Lucky Draw

The reviewed Lucky Draw interface displayed the wording “Deposit 50 gets free Lucky Draw spin chance”. It also showed a maximum of 10 chances and terms requiring prizes to meet a 3x turnover condition.

This is promotion-specific information from the reviewed screen and should not be treated as a permanent rule for every account or future promotion.

Leveling Program and Rewards

The Leveling Program displayed separate Sport, Casino, Lottery, Games and P2P categories. The interface stated that XP is required to level up and that XP can be earned by placing bets in game categories.

Reward cards were attached to different milestone levels. Some cards used dollar symbols for cash-voucher values, so we preserve those labels as displayed instead of automatically describing them as MYR.

Treasure and Redeem Mall

The Treasure area displayed rolling-based tiers and stated that a deposit or recharge was required to continue claiming points or open treasure chests. Its rules also described a daily reset and different reward types.

The Redeem Mall displayed GP-based products including branded items, electronics, vouchers and other physical rewards. The interface also displayed the text “MYR1:1gp & SGD1:3gp”. Product stock, GP requirements and conversion conditions can change.

Account Statement and MyBets

The signed-in account interface contained Statement and MyBets sections. Statement displayed a date range, running total, total outstanding, activity, net win/loss and commission information.

The MyBets screen displayed columns for Details, Selection, Odds, Stake and Status. These are account-record tools and do not by themselves prove betting outcomes or payout performance.

Password Rules and Account Profile

The profile/password interface displayed a separate change-password policy requiring 8-15 characters and a combination of letters, numbers and supported special characters.

This is different from the registration screen, which stated a minimum registration-password length of six characters. Users should therefore follow the rule shown on the particular account screen they are using.

Commission Interface

The Commission area separated vendors into Sport, LiveCasino, Games, Lottery and P2P categories. The table displayed percentage columns for Self, Level 1 and Level 2.

These numbers are commission-related percentages. They should not be interpreted as game RTP, betting odds, winning probability or player-return percentages.

A9play Agent Login Is Separate From Player Login

The Agent Portal displayed a separate Agent ID and Password login form. The interface specifically stated that the portal is for agents only and instructed players to use the player Download App section.

This means normal player login and agent access should be treated as different account intents rather than being presented as the same login route.

What We Actually Verified

Our review is based on visible A9play interfaces and screenshots. The screenshots help verify what account fields, menu items, provider cards, payment categories, game areas and reward features were displayed during the review.

Where different screens show different information, we keep the difference instead of guessing.
